Is there an onsite car park?
Yes, we have an onsite car park with up to 190 spaces available. Parking is complimentary as part of your delegate package.
Do you have electric car charging points on site?
Yes, we have two electric vehicle charging points located beside the hotel near our gym.
Which floor are your meeting rooms on?
Our meeting rooms are located on the first floor, with the exception of the Downshire Ballroom, which is situated on the ground floor.

Yes, all meeting rooms at Easthampstead Park are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable environment throughout your event.
Are your meeting rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. We have wide doorways and an onsite lift to ensure all guests can access our facilities comfortably.
What stationery is provided in your meeting room?
Each meeting room includes an Active Box containing stationery essentials such as pencils, a stapler, highlighters, paper clips, sticky notes and a ruler. Active branded notepads and pens are also provided.
What connection options do you use in your meeting rooms?
Our meeting rooms are equipped with HDMI and ClickShare technology for seamless presentation and connectivity.
Do you provide flipcharts?
Yes, each meeting room includes one flipchart. Additional flipcharts can be supplied at an extra cost if required.
Is team building available at your venue?
While we do not provide team-building activities in-house, we work with trusted suppliers who can assist. Depending on the activity, you can hire our grounds or a meeting room for your team-building event.
Is there somebody available for technical support?
We provide a dedicated conference host with general knowledge of our equipment. If your event requires more advanced technical support, we can recommend experienced third-party suppliers.
Is your Wi-Fi complimentary?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included within your delegate package.
Where would lunch be served?
You may choose a buffet-style lunch in our restaurant, or if preferred, we can serve a working lunch directly in your meeting room.
Where do we get refreshments?
Refreshment stations are located at both ends of the meetings corridor on the first floor.
Is there onsite accommodation?
Yes, we offer onsite accommodation within Easthampstead Park and Hepburn, providing a total of 92 bedrooms. Accommodation can be booked alongside your event, subject to availability.
