External caterers must be approved in advance from our selected list of partners and must comply with our venue's standards for food safety and quality.

They are required to provide all necessary certifications and insurance, and to coordinate with our team to use the kitchen facilities efficiently.

We also ask that they respect our setup and cleanup policies to maintain the high standards of our venue. These rules help us ensure that every wedding is a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

This is very difficut to answer as costs are usually per person and are inclusive of the venue hire fee and many other wedding elements throughout the day. The cost for an entire wedding day and all its associated elements here at Easthapstead Park (including all the catering) starts at around £120 per person.

Bespoke packages can be organised of course and this must be done via the sales team whom you can contact HERE.
