Meeting Rooms

We have 19 meeting rooms available, offering a variety of different layouts and sizes - suitable for anything from 2 to 180 delegates. In addition, we have extensive grounds that are great for outdoor activities, team-building or events for 1500+ people.


The conference rooms are divided into three main areas:


The Downshire Suite - located on the ground floor near reception


First Floor Conference Corridor - located above reception*


Courtyard Area - ground floor rooms centred around The Stables meeting room


* not accessible by wheelchair users or clients with restricted mobility

Our meeting rooms include the following items as standard:


Projector and screen for connecting your laptop / tablet

Sound system (for laptop or ipod)

Free wifi

Flipchart stand, pad and pens


In addition, we can also supply the following on request (may be chargeable):


Microphone system (included as standard in Downshire and Stables rooms)

CD / DVD player

Hearing loop (included as standard in Downshire and Stables rooms)

Delegate registration desk
